1. Who we are

Moody’s Movement Solutions LLC, 971 US Highway 202 N, Suite A, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Bobby Moody is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: brokerage name and license number, required for NJ real estate advertising]. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity business.

2. Education, not advice

Everything we publish, teach or sell is general education based on Bobby Moody’s own experience. It is not financial, legal, tax, credit-repair, lending, mortgage or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any specific property. Nothing we say creates a client, fiduciary or agency relationship. Before you make decisions about credit, borrowing or buying real estate, talk to your own attorney, lender, accountant or licensed professional.

Credit outcomes depend on your own history and the policies of lenders and credit bureaus. Nobody can promise a credit score, an approval, a loan, a property or an income, and we don’t. Real estate involves risk, including debt you are personally responsible for repaying and the possibility of losing money.

3. Results and testimonials

Bobby’s story and any client stories we share are specific experiences of specific people. They are not typical and are not a guarantee or prediction of what will happen for you. Your results depend on your situation, your effort, market conditions and factors outside anyone’s control.

4. The free live class

• Registration is free. A seat is reserved for the email address and phone number you register with.
• Classes are delivered live on Zoom at the date and time shown on the registration page in U.S. Eastern Time. We may change the date, time or presenter, or cancel a class; if we do, we will notify registrants by email and text.
• We do not promise a recording or replay. If we choose to share one, it is a courtesy and may be removed at any time.
• Classes may be recorded by us. By attending with your camera or microphone on, or by asking a question, you consent to being included in that recording.
• Be respectful in the chat and the Q&A. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive or promoting other businesses.

5. Digital products and licence

Our ebooks (including The Credit Blueprint, the Business Credit Blueprint and How Multifamily Properties Changed My Life) are delivered as downloadable PDF files to the email address and access page shown after purchase.

When you buy one you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own education. You may not copy, share, resell, post, email to others, or use the content to create your own products or courses. All content, text, design, images, names and logos remain the property of Moody’s Movement Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Prices, payment and all sales final

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the order page at the time of purchase and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to use the payment method.

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may provide the bank with your order, delivery and download records.

7. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Consent

When you enter your mobile number on one of our forms and submit it, you agree to receive text messages from Moody’s Movement Solutions at that number. Consent is not a condition of registering for a free class or buying anything from us; you can leave the phone field blank or register another way by emailing us.

What we send

Class confirmations and reminders, the Zoom join link, delivery links for digital products you ordered, replies to questions you text us, and occasional updates about our classes and resources. Message frequency varies by how many classes you register for; most registrants receive about 6 to 10 messages around each class.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for texts.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 856-290-7892.

Your mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the service providers that send messages on our behalf.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Email

By registering or buying, you agree that we may email you about your class, your order and related classes and resources. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message; we will still send transactional messages such as order confirmations.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our pages: no scraping, automated registrations, interfering with our systems, uploading harmful code, impersonating anyone, or using our materials in a way that violates the law or someone else’s rights. We may refuse service or cancel a registration if these terms are violated.

10. Third-party services

Zoom, Stripe, Google Drive, Meta and other services linked from our pages are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Our pages, classes and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moody’s Movement Solutions LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, credit standing, property, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of our pages, classes or products. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in that case these limits apply to the fullest extent the law permits.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Moody’s Movement Solutions LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or any decision you make based on our educational content.

13. Not affiliated with Meta or Zoom

Our pages are not part of, affiliated with, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) or Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us; most issues can be solved with an email.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of our pages, classes or products after a change means you accept the new terms.
