This policy covers digital products sold by Moody’s Movement Solutions LLC, including the Credit To Keys Ebook Bundle and the individual ebooks The Credit Blueprint, the Business Credit Blueprint and How Multifamily Properties Changed My Life. The free live class has no charge, so nothing in this policy applies to it.

1. All sales are final

We do not offer refunds

Our products are digital files that are delivered to you instantly after payment. Once your order is placed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, cancelled or credited, including if you change your mind, do not read the material, or do not get the result you hoped for. Please read the product description on the order page before you buy.

The price, what is included and this no-refund policy are shown on the order page and in the terms you accept at checkout.

2. Why we have this policy

A PDF cannot be returned. The moment the download links are sent, the product has been delivered in full. Keeping the price low ($37 for all three ebooks) depends on not absorbing the cost of “read it and return it” orders.

3. When we will help

We will always make things right in these situations. Email [email protected] within 7 days of your order with the name and email you used at checkout:

You were charged more than once for the same order. We will refund the duplicate charge.
A download link does not work or a file will not open. We will send a working copy.
You did not receive your delivery email. Check your spam and promotions folders first; if it is not there, we will resend it. Your files are also available on the access page shown after purchase.
You believe the charge was unauthorised. Contact us immediately so we can investigate.

4. Chargebacks

If you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will respond with the order details, the delivery timestamp and download records, and we may restrict future purchases. Please give us the chance to fix any problem first; it is faster for everyone.

5. Education, not a guarantee

Our ebooks are education based on Bobby Moody’s own experience. They do not guarantee a credit score, a loan approval, a property purchase or any income, and the absence of a particular result is not a basis for a refund.
