1. Who we are

Moody’s Movement Solutions LLC is a New Jersey company founded by Bobby Moody, a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson. We run free live classes about credit and multifamily real estate, and we sell digital ebooks. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you register for a class we ask for your first name, email address and mobile phone number. When you buy a product we also collect your last name, billing details and payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. If you text or email us, we keep the content of that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our pages record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you got here. We use cookies and similar tools, including a Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure how our pages and ads perform. You can block cookies in your browser; the pages still work.

Attendance. If you join a live class on Zoom, Zoom tells us whether you attended and for how long so we can follow up appropriately.

3. How we use it

• To confirm your seat and send the class reminders, Zoom link and follow-up you asked for.
• To deliver digital products you bought and support you if a download fails.
• To answer your questions.
• To tell you about future classes and resources from us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and every text accepts STOP.
• To understand how our pages and ads perform and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Consent

When you enter your mobile number on one of our forms and submit it, you agree to receive text messages from Moody’s Movement Solutions at that number. Consent is not a condition of registering for a free class or buying anything from us; you can leave the phone field blank or register another way by emailing us.

What we send

Class confirmations and reminders, the Zoom join link, delivery links for digital products you ordered, replies to questions you text us, and occasional updates about our classes and resources. Message frequency varies by how many classes you register for; most registrants receive about 6 to 10 messages around each class.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for texts.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 856-290-7892.

Your mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the service providers that send messages on our behalf.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our systems: our customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), Stripe for payments, Zoom for live classes, Google for file hosting and email, and Meta for ad measurement. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers when needed.
• Authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights, your safety or someone else’s.
• A successor if the business is sold or merged, under the same privacy commitments.

6. How long we keep it

We keep registration and purchase records for as long as you have an account or relationship with us, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal rules require (typically up to seven years for purchase records). You can ask us to delete your marketing profile at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

• Email: click Unsubscribe in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] from the address you registered with and tell us what you need. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.
• Cookies and pixels: adjust your browser settings or use the ad preferences inside Facebook and Instagram.

Residents of some U.S. states have additional rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise them, use the email above. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and payment processing through Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own email and phone secure as well, and contact us right away if you believe your information was misused.

9. Children

Our classes and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

Our pages link to Zoom, Google Drive, Stripe and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continued use of our pages after a change means you accept the updated policy.
